Shipping policy
Sincereprints utilizes all major carriers for deliveries with in the US (FedEx, UPS, USPS, and their subsidiaries). PO Box orders will be defaulted to USPS and cannot use another carrier unless a non-PO Box address is provided. If you require a specific carrier to deliver your package, please reach out to Support@sincereprints.com to us know.Â
At this time we cannot accept international orders.Â
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it within 48 hours of expected delivery:
- Verify the shipping address listed on your order.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Often times, you will be able to schedule a specific delivery time, if such a notice has been left, by contacting the local carrier's branch.
- Look around the delivery location for your package. (Yes. Even in the bushes, please)
- See if someone else (possibly a neighbor) accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you still have not received the package after 48 hours of being marked "Delivered", please reach out to Support@sincereprints.com to asses the best plan of action to correct the situation.Â
Please report all other issues within 90 days of your package being delivered. We will not be able to assist with any issues after that time frame.
