Shipping

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

Shipping times may vary.

Processing time

As soon as we receive your order, we will promptly proceed with processing it for production. Please note that our production time typically ranges from 2 to 3 days, as our products are crafted in-house and made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 business days delivery.

What carriers do you use?

In order to get you your order quickly, we use a variety of carriers.

FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

I didn't receive my order

Please contact support@sincereprints.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email. We'll help track down your order.

If tracking has not updated in 7 days, we will deem the order lost and send out a replacement.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Cancellation & Exchanges

Can I cancel or change my order?

Order modification and cancellation should be requested within 3 hours upon placing the order. If that time frame has passed, we are unable to cancel and/or make any changes to your order once a tracking number has been assigned to it.

Please contact support@sincereprints.com to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?

Please contact support@sincereprints.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the product and packaging.  This must be done within 7 days from the delivery date.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
